Dwi Ary has over 30 years’ experience working in the tax practice of major accounting and advisory firms. She provides transfer pricing advice to multinational companies from a variety of sectors including manufacturing, trading, and digital technology. In addition to transfer pricing, her expertise includes cross-border transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and tax planning. Her special expertise is managing challenging tax disputes, in particular transfer pricing dispute strategy in the appeal and judicial review process. She has handled hundreds of disputes at the Tax Court, with a successful result in the vast majority of cases. Dwi Ary graduated with a degree in Fiscal Administration from the University of Indonesia. She is a licensed tax attorney at the Tax Court.
